Randbøl Hede and Frederikshåb Plantage

Experience Randbøl Hede, one of Denmark's largest inland moors, and its harsh nature which moorland farmers known as Kartoffeltyskere (“Potato Germans”) and eventually also the state have been taking on. In 1800, moorlands covered about 7,000 km² of Jutland, corresponding to an area of the size of Zealand.
