Langeland's southern tip is a varied habitat with steep coastal cliffs, bogs, forests, beaches and Lake Keldnor . This is where the wild horses graze. There are good opportunities to fish and to see migratory birds.
In the area of Sydlangeland there are more than 10 km marked trails leading through nature. At the Nature centre you can enjoy your picnic, but also gain more knowledge about the area's nature from the exciting exhibition. From the bird tower, you can scout after Gulstav Moses birds and wild horses. If you want to see the entire natural area, you can climb the Fakkebjerg (37 m). Also, there are two primitive camp sites in the area.
The areas enclosed in red are owned by The Nature Agency.
